“Sal na Adega”. This is the name of the new AdegaMãe restaurant, a stage for Portuguese traditional cuisine interpretation, pared with elegant, fresh and mineral wines, born in our Atlantic terroir.
Codfish, a major symbol in Portuguese Gastronomy, takes an important role at Sal na Adega’s menu but other traditional and season products are also equally valued, from our land and our sea.
“Sal na Adega” restaurant emerges in a unique space, including a new store and wine bar, facing the extraordinary vines view, that fills the region. A new functional and refined area appears in the AdegaMãe “rooftop”, prepared to celebrate gastronomy and wine.
