Viosinho imposes itself as one of the most extraordinary grape varieties of our terroir. Combines the fruity notes of its grape variety, with deep minerality (derived from our more calcareous soils), very lively acidity and a saline and deep finish. Present in our most noble white wines and, of course, also bottled as a single grape variety – pairing with all kinds of fish and seafood!

Deeply mineral, with notes of stone fruit such as peaches and plums. Lively acidity and a saline finish. Very deep.
Perfect with sushi, grilled fish, seafood and roasted fish.
