Combines the fruity notes of its grape variety, with deep minerality (derived from our more calcareous soils), very lively acidity and a saline and deep finish. Present in our most noble white wines and, of course, also bottled as a single grape variety – pairing with all kinds of fish and seafood!

Citric yello coloured wine; lively aroma with tremendous intensity boasting floral notes of jasmine and white fruit; fresh acidity on the palate, expertly balanced with a light body, but also showing a delicate inctuous quality provided by the batonnage; lively and intense finish.
Perfect with sushi, grilled fish, seafood and roasted fish.
